The SÜFFA in Stuttgart is one of the most important fairs for the meat industry. As part of the market offensive in Germany, LASKA was again represented with an exhibition stand this year.
The team led by Holger Schwenk (Managing Director of LASKA Germany) presented current trends and new production solutions.
Highlights at the LASKA booth were:
- The new ME1500-H mixing machine with a revolutionary drive concept that combines the advantages of side-by-side and interlocking mixing shafts. Separate drives enable different directions of rotation and thus better mixing, and vibrations are reduced by 90%. Large flaps also shorten the emptying time, and the hygienic design reduces cleaning effort by 35%.
- With the 175-H, a new ultra-fine shredder was exhibited in Stuttgart, which combines the finest emulsion with high output thanks to its perfected cutting set geometry and is very easy to use. An electro-hydraulic adjustment of the distance between the blade and the perforated disk reduces wear costs on the cutting system by up to 50% and ensures that the product results are always the same. Thanks to HD, the cleaning effort was also reduced by 35%, as certified by the Fraunhofer Institute.
- In addition, two grinders, a WW130-H with a new separating system and a WWB200-H, as well as two cutters K330-B and K65-B and a tilting mixing machine ME500 were on display at the LASKA booth.
The great interest in the LASKA machines, the many good conversations and the exchange of experiences with customers, partners and interested trade fair visitors confirm LASKA's commitment to SÜFFA.
We would like to thank all visitors and look forward to seeing you again at the next SÜFFA!
