Besides the company data (name, headquarters, bank details, any ID numbers and VAT ID numbers, any credit assessments), we also process the personal data of our respective contacts: name, salutation, associated company, any additional personal data such as data of birth and gender, contact details such as email address and phone number, address, communication, e.g. email, and contact information, e.g. date and contents, any user IDs and passwords for WiFi access, signature, any photo you may have supplied, e.g. through Outlook.

Where data have not been obtained from the affected person themselves, the following categories of personal data will additionally be obtained from publicly accessible databases (for example company register, Edicts Archive, civil register):

  • Company register data
  • Credit assessment data including data on payment behaviour (e.g. KSV inquiries)
  • Bankruptcy data
  • Civil register data

Additionally and where necessary, LASKA may also record order data, data from fulfilment of contractual obligations and other data equivalent to the categories noted in connection with personal data.

We will process these data for the following purposes:

  • Quotes, conclusion and fulfilment of contracts (e.g. inquiries, identifying contract parties, delivering and assembling products, handling complaints, handling payment, credit assessment if there is a risk of default)
  • Performance assessment and follow-up planning

We process your personal data based on our overriding legitimate interest (Art. 6 Section 1 f GDPR), which is to build and maintain industry- and business-related networks.

We process photos and video recordings upon various occasions, in particular at:

Pursuant to Art. 9 Section 2 e GDPR, this applies equally to indications of your ethnicity, religious affiliation or health (e.g. skin tone, headdress, spectacles) discernible in the photographs or video recordings.

1. Data concerning you that we process

We will process your following personal data as part of the application procedure.

We obtain these data from personnel consultants or during the application procedure when you supply them yourself or we record them during your application interview:

  • salutation, title/academic degree, name, address, date and place of birth, photograph, marital status and children, nationality, information about interests and hobbies, your signature
  • contact details, in particular your email address and phone number
  • position you are applying for, e.g. job, apprenticeship, internship and scope of occupation, earliest possible employment date, desired wage/salary
